Will I get a copy of the letter?
You will get a digital copy for you to electronically sign. You may keep a copy of that for your records.

What is your refund policy?
100% refunds are available prior to letter signature. Refunds are not available once letter has been sent.
What is your delivery policy?
- You will have access to the course immediately upon payment.
- Please check your email for link. Your letter will be prepared within 3 business days of completing worksheet.
- Your letter will be mailed via USPS to the company your requested within 3 business days of signature.
What is your return policy?
We provide you access to a video course and help you prepare a letter. All items are electronically delivered. No returns are accepted.
What is your cancellation policy?
This is a one-time purchase. If you wish to cancel you must do this within 24 hours of payment. Refunds are allowed prior to digitally signature of your letter.
